CAMP PACKAGES:
This second 6-week session will begin Wednesday, July 14th
The Frontier Performance Teen Camp is an interactive strength and conditioning program for Teens between the ages of 12-18 years old. This program is designed to build a foundation of fitness using movements suitable for teenagers to promote health, reduce injury, and to build athletes in life, sport, and fitness.
Almost all high school sports require their athletes to spend time in the weight room, but even teens who do NOT participate in high school sports can benefit immensely from spending time learning to move well and lift weight properly. There is a growing body of research suggesting the lifelong benefits of starting resistance training at a young age. These range from bone density and muscle mass retention to cognitive and developmental advantages through a person’s lifespan.
