GOAL: HEAVY | Perform BEFORE your GPP. This workout was originally programmed as complete as an EMOM until failure…it will come at you that way one day. Let’s start with 10mins first. Goal here should be to complete the 10mins…it shouldn’t be “easy” but it should be doable. If you don’t think you can complete more than 5-6 rounds, scale the weight. If you are certain you can get 7+ but not sure about 10…go for it. If you want to go heavier because this looks too easy…godspeed!
